HOW TO GET YOUR OWN COMPUTER IMAGING
- Obtain an image file of yourself from a scanned photograph, Kodak CD-ROM picture or captured video image.
- The photo should be a close-up frontal or lateral of the body part of concern.
- E-Mail the image file to me as an attachment and tell me what problem you wish me to address.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS SUBJECT TO THE RULES OF YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER.
- Most file formats will do and I shall will attempt to return to you a file in whatever format you give me.
- The fee for imaging is $100.00.
- Images represent potential results of surgical intervention only. The vagaries of wound healing and the obvious relevance of unknown aspects of your medical history make it neccessary to emphasize that NO WARRANTY OF ANY SURGICAL RESULT IS IMPLIED. Nor is a recommendation for a specific procedure made in this imaging. That recommendation can only be made in a face-to-face consultation where you can confidentially provide your medical history.
